4 boneless pork chops (thinly pounded)
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 eggs (beaten)

1/2 cup vegetable oil (for frying)

Preparation
Prep the Pork – Pound the pork chops to about 1/4-inch thickness for even cooking.Set up the Breading Station: Place flour in one bowl, beaten eggs in another, and breadcrumbs mixed with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder in a third.
Bread the Pork – Coat each pork chop in flour (shake off excess), dip in egg, then coat in breadcrumbs, pressing to adhere.Fry Until Golden – Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Fry each schnitzel for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.Drain & Serve – Place on paper towels to remove excess oil. Serve hot with lemon wedges and garnish with parsley.
