Ingredients
1 lb pork tenderloin (thinly sliced)
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce (optional)
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 cup broccoli florets
1/2 cup bell peppers (sliced)
1/2 cup snap peas
1 small carrot (julienned)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 inch ginger (grated)
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
2 tbsp water
Preparation
Marinate the Pork – In a bowl, mix the sliced pork with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Let it sit for 10-15 minutes.
Heat the Oil – Heat oil over medium-high heat in a large pan or wok.Cook the Pork: Add the pork to the pan and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove from the pan and set aside.
Stir-Fry Vegetables – Add a little more oil if needed in the same pan—Stir-fry garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes for 30 seconds.
Add Veggies – Toss in broccoli, bell peppers, snap peas, and carrots. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
Combine: Return the cooked pork to the pan. Add 2 tbsp water to deglaze the pan, mix well, and cook for another 2 minutes.
Serve – Enjoy hot over steamed rice or noodles!
